We are seeking a Letting Applicant Assistant to be based in our office in Victoria, London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeted viewings from our database of applicants
  • Maintaining agreed regular contact with hot applicants
  • Arranging viewings for prospective applicants cross selling of properties, chasing completed viewings and passing feedback to clients
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately
  • Diary management, including using Outlook calendar
  • First contact for all residential calls
  • First contact for all walk-in clients
  • Matching new properties & price changes
  • Dealing with internet enquiries – call and diarise for follow up
  • Viewings

Core hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent sales skills and able to communicate at all levels
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to cope with routine tasks
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
